The way I approach coaching is similar to the way I approach a lot of things in life…with vigor, positivity and passion. I encourage my clients to seek a healthy, balanced life and a career that keeps them challenged, meets their needs and allows for growth. Career Development and advancement is one of my favorite topics in coaching because it calls for creative problem solving. I enjoy the chance to help people make significant, meaningful progress in their careers. 

I was once asked, “If you could do any job what would it be?” My answer to that question was that I wanted to be an idea person. That is exactly what I do now and it is great!. To do that I get to know you and help you figure out what you most want to do or how to put yourself into a position doing your ideal job. I use a strengths based approach focusing on your natural talents, learned skills and the areas you want to develop further. Additionally, I like to encourage people I work with to seek out leisure and personal passions as well as highly successful careers.
